Refund + Returns

Please contact hello@littlepomme.com.au to organise your refund 

We refund all full priced items.
 Items must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted out of this timeframe may be denied.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags.

Once we have received your return package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Little Pomme reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair or scents on the fabric. These worn or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the sender and will not be reimbursed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Lttle Pomme. Please allow up to 7 business days during holiday periods.

It is recommended that you return items through traceable mail as we cannot issue a refund on items that have not been received. ​

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on swimwear or hair accessories unless faulty
